Strong Theory Unipessoal LDA is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 — GDPR/RGPD) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019.
2. Data We Collect
We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide:
- Name — to address you personally;
- Phone number — to contact you regarding your inquiry;
- Email address — to send you proposals and follow up;
- Message content — text of messages submitted via website forms, WhatsApp, or Telegram;
- Technical data — browser language preference (stored in localStorage for site language switching);
- Usage statistics (only with your consent) — we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Tag Manager technology) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type. Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) are set only after you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

- Inquiries without a contract — up to 12 months from last contact;
- Contract-related data — for the duration of the contract + 5 years (tax obligations);
- Legally required data — as prescribed by Portuguese law.
After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.
5. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes. Data may be disclosed to:
- OVH (France/EU) — hosting provider operating our website;
- Telegram Bot API — for delivering messages submitted through site forms (Telegram servers);
- Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics 4 processes anonymized usage statistics only if you consent to analytics cookies; data transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework;
- Government authorities — when legally required.
All partners maintain a level of data protection compatible with the GDPR.
