Strong Theory LDA is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/RGPD) and Portuguese law (Lei n.o 58/2019).
2. Data We Collect
We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide:
- Name — to address you personally;
- Phone number — to contact you regarding your inquiry;
- Email address — to send you proposals and follow up;
- Message content — text of messages submitted via website forms, WhatsApp, or Telegram;
- Technical data — browser language preference (stored in localStorage for site language switching).
We do not automatically collect data, use tracking cookies, or deploy analytics tracking systems.

After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.

We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes. Data may be disclosed to:
- OVH (France/EU) — hosting provider operating our website;
- Telegram Bot API — for delivering messages submitted through site forms (Telegram servers);
- Government authorities — when legally required.
All partners maintain a level of data protection compatible with the GDPR.

Under the GDPR/RGPD you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of your personal data;
